Increases Fireman's Supplemental Pay Board membership from 7 to 9 members, adding one seat each for the Louisiana State Fireman's Association and the Louisiana Fire Chiefs Association

Requires all board members to be recipients of state supplemental pay under R.S. 40:1666.1

Maintains existing composition of 3 members from Professional Firefighters Association of Louisiana, while increasing other associations from 2 to 3 members each

Grants the governor 30 days from the effective date to appoint the two new members; if unfilled, the respective firefighter organizations may appoint their own representatives

Takes effect upon signature by the governor or upon expiration of time for gubernatorial action
