The Youth Challenge Program is a 17-month program with a 5-month residential phase at one of three locations (Camp Minden, Camp Beauregard, or Gillis W. Long Center) followed by a 12-month post-residential phase with case manager and mentor support

Program focuses on eight core components: life coping skills, academic excellence, job skills, responsible citizenship, leadership/followership, health and hygiene, service to community, and physical fitness
