Adds "health systems" to the list of medical organizations whose peer review committee records are confidential and protected from discovery or court subpoena under Louisiana law

Defines "health system" as a group of two or more hospitals under common ownership, management, or control, or a parent company of one or more hospitals and affiliated entities

Authorizes hospitals within the same health system to share peer review information, data, reports, and records for credentialing, quality review, professional competency, professional conduct, or patient safety activities

Protects shared peer review materials from constituting a waiver of legal or evidentiary privilege and shields sharing parties from claims for damages, breach of confidentiality, or invasion of privacy
