District populations range from 776,277 to 776,316, achieving near-equal population distribution with less than 0.01% deviation from the ideal population of 776,292

New district boundaries become effective upon gubernatorial signature for purposes of qualifying and conducting the 2028 congressional elections, with full effectiveness for all other purposes at noon on January 3, 2029

Protects current officeholders by specifying that the redistricting does not reduce the term of any person holding a position based on congressional districts; positions filled after January 3, 2029 will use the new district boundaries

District 6 would have a Black voting age population of approximately 60.3%, while the remaining five districts range from approximately 18.8% to 32.6% Black VAP
