Prohibits the advertising, manufacturing, distribution, sale, or offering for sale of cell cultured food products for human consumption in Louisiana, effective August 1, 2026

Defines "cell cultured food product" as any cultured animal tissue produced from in vitro animal cell cultures outside of the organism from which it is derived

Establishes civil penalties of up to $500 per violation, with each day of violation counting as a separate offense

Authorizes the Commissioner of Agriculture and Forestry to assess penalties through adjudicatory hearings, institute civil proceedings to enforce rulings, and seek injunctive relief in district court

Grants the commissioner authority to adopt rules and regulations necessary to implement the law in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act
