Amends Louisiana's Self-Service Storage Facility Act to add a definition of "default" and clarify that rental agreements may be delivered and accepted electronically

Simplifies notice requirements by eliminating mandatory text message and secondary email notifications, requiring only verified mail and electronic mail to the lessee's address listed in the rental agreement

Establishes that a lessee's continued use of storage space for 30 or more days after receiving an unsigned rental agreement constitutes acceptance of the agreement

Requires owners to provide 15-day written termination notices to lessees, allowing owners to limit facility access hours and assert lien privileges on remaining property without advertising requirements

Deems personal property abandoned 15 days after rental agreement expiration following nonrenewal notice, allowing owners to dispose of property without further notice to the lessee
