Moves publication of the annual tax exemption budget from the LaTrac website to the Department of Revenue's website

Removes the requirement to include the stated purpose of each tax exemption in the budget; only the exemption name and statutory citation will be required

Eliminates the requirement to include estimated costs of administering and implementing each tax exemption for the preceding three fiscal years, current year, and next fiscal year

Repeals mandatory assessments evaluating whether each tax exemption meets its intended purpose, benefits intended recipients, is fiscally effective, causes unintended effects, or simplifies/complicates tax statutes

Eliminates the biennial reporting requirement (due April 1 of even-numbered years) for state agencies to report the number of Louisiana-resident employees hired under job-creation tax incentives
