Prohibits knowingly intimidating, deceiving, or coercing voters regarding eligibility, registration requirements, polling locations, voting times, or procedures, with misdemeanor penalties of $1,000-$5,000 fines and up to 6 months imprisonment, or felony charges with up to 5 years imprisonment and $10,000 fines for organized voter suppression efforts

Extends the voter registration deadline by 7 days and requires the Secretary of State to expand secure online and mobile-friendly registration services with multilingual materials

Creates a 600-foot no-interference zone around polling places during early voting and election day, prohibiting electioneering, false voting information distribution, or persuasion targeting voters

Requires written notification to voters whose registration is designated inactive, with instructions for restoring status, and mandates annual public reporting on voter roll maintenance activities

Protects nonpartisan voter assistance providers from prosecution when acting in good faith and authorizes aggrieved persons to seek injunctive relief for violations
