Facility owners must bear all costs for system design, installation, operation, and maintenance, and must publish real-time and historical pollutant data on a publicly accessible website

Facilities must submit quarterly electronic reports to DEQ summarizing pollutant measurements and maintain monitoring data on-site for five years

DEQ must review and revise the list of covered facilities, pollutants, and exposure levels at least every five years based on best available scientific evidence; effective August 1, 2026
