Establishes the Louisiana Commission on Fatherhood Engagement within the governor's office, continuing the work of the Task Force on Fatherhood Engagement created by SCR No. 9 of the 2025 Regular Session

Commission membership includes state agency heads (Children and Family Services, Education, Corrections, Health, Louisiana Works), legislators, a Louisiana Supreme Court representative, a family court judge, and representatives from fatherhood organizations across the state's nine public health regions

Duties include implementing task force recommendations, raising awareness of fatherhood engagement, identifying funding for fatherhood programs, supporting services for incarcerated fathers, and improving father-related data collection and family court policies

Requires annual reports to the legislature with funding requests for fatherhood programs and must organize a state summit on fatherhood at least once every four years

Members serve two-year terms without compensation but with expense reimbursement; the commission terminates on January 1, 2031
