Adds precancer screening requirements to existing cancer screening mandates for full-time classified firefighters and fire service employees of municipal, parish, or fire protection district employers

Requires precancer screenings every 10 years beginning with the first 10 years of employment and continuing in 10-year intervals thereafter

Establishes esophageal cancer precancer screenings effective January 1, 2027, available to all eligible firefighters and fire service employees until age 60

Extends precancer screening benefits to retired firefighters and fire service employees, including those who retired due to disability, with all costs paid by the employer or former employer

Participation in cancer and precancer screenings remains voluntary, with no copayments, deductibles, or out-of-pocket expenses permitted
