Reduces pharmacy district representatives on the Louisiana Board of Pharmacy from 16 to 8 members (one per district instead of two)

Adds 8 new licensed healthcare professional positions: 3 sterile compounding pharmacists, 1 chain pharmacy pharmacist, 1 hospital pharmacist, 1 independent community pharmacist, 1 physician, and 1 registered nurse

Maintains 17 total board members appointed by the governor, including the existing consumer representative who serves at the governor's pleasure

Establishes a two consecutive full-term limit for board members, with 6-year terms for pharmacist and healthcare professional members

Phases in new membership structure with first healthcare professional terms beginning July 1, 2026, and remaining positions beginning July 1, 2028
