Requires app store providers (application distribution providers) to implement age verification measures, including requiring users to declare their age at account creation and using commercially reasonable methods to determine whether users are adults or minors

Mandates that developers of "covered applications" (apps with different experiences for minors or adult-only apps) report content classifications, provide parental control tools, restrict minors from adult-only activities, and obtain consent before minors access unsuitable content

Prohibits developers from delivering personalized advertising to minors and from misusing age signal data beyond compliance purposes

Grants exclusive enforcement authority to the Louisiana Attorney General with civil penalties up to $1,000 per violation; no private right of action is permitted
