Adds "foods for special dietary use" (as defined in 21 CFR Part 105) to the list of products exempt from Louisiana's food labeling requirements for artificial colors, additives, and banned chemicals

Existing exemptions remain in place for FDA-regulated drugs and dietary supplements, alcoholic beverages, food prepared in retail establishments, and medical food

Amends R.S. 40:661(C)(2), which was originally enacted by Act No. 463 of the 2025 Regular Session

Effective January 1, 2028
