Amends Louisiana Department of Health rule LAC 48:I.9305(N)(2)(b) to require hospital architectural plans to comply with the most current edition of the Facility Guidelines Institute (FGI) Guidelines for Design and Construction of Hospitals and Outpatient Facilities

Replaces the outdated 2014 Edition standard, which is 12 years old, with a requirement to use the most recent FGI edition (updated every four years, with a new edition expected in 2026)

Directs the Louisiana Register to print and incorporate the amendment into the Louisiana Administrative Code

Requires copies of the resolution be transmitted to the Office of State Register, Louisiana Department of Health, and Office of State Fire Marshal
