Recognizes the establishment of the American Irish State Legislators Caucus, which has leadership in all 50 states to strengthen U.S.-Ireland relations

Directs copies of the resolution be sent to the national co-chairs of the American Irish State Legislators Caucus, including Senator Mark Daly, Chair of the Senate of Ireland
