Authorizes the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority (MWRA) to provide sewer services through the town of Norwood to approximately 3.45 acres at 313 and 317 Norwood Street and 5 Edge Hill Road in Sharon

Limits sewer discharges to 10,000 gallons per day unless additional volume is approved by the MWRA

Requires Sunrise Development, Inc. (or its successor) to pay all costs for engineering, design, construction, labor, equipment, and materials for the sewer connection

Connection may only proceed after MWRA board approval, required findings under Chapter 372 of the Acts of 1984, and approvals from the community of origin, transporting community, and other local/state regulatory bodies

Property is currently owned by the Morandi Family Realty Trust and under contract for sale to Sunrise Development, Inc.
