Requires health benefit plans to cover electronic tracking devices for individuals diagnosed with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or Autism spectrum disorder

Coverage is subject to standard co-payments, coinsurance, deductibles, and out-of-pocket limits

Tracking devices must meet specific technical standards: waterproof (IP66/IP68 compliant), functional indoors without GPS line-of-sight, and independent of cellular networks

Devices must have tamper-resistant wrist or ankle straps that caregivers can change, plus patient-specific codes to prevent false alarms and mistaken identities

Amends Chapter 118E of the General Laws by adding new Section 9D
