Requires health insurance plans that cover gender-affirming health care services to also provide coverage for "detransition-related treatment," defined as medical, psychological, or psychiatric care that stops, reverses, or helps individuals cope with effects of prior gender-affirming care

Applies to the Group Insurance Commission coverage for active and retired state employees, with detransition benefits subject to the same deductibles, copayments, and out-of-pocket limits as other covered services

Extends coverage requirements to MassHealth (Medicaid) and all contracted health insurers, managed care organizations, and third-party administrators serving Medicaid enrollees

Mandates coverage under commercial insurance policies (Chapter 175), hospital service plans (Chapter 176A), medical service agreements (Chapter 176B), and health maintenance organizations (Chapter 176G) issued or renewed in Massachusetts
