Requires health insurers to cover fertility diagnostic care and treatment including at least 4 completed oocyte retrievals, unlimited embryo transfers, and unlimited intrauterine and intracervical insemination cycles

Expands the definition of infertility to include individuals needing donor gametes/embryos, those with genetic abnormality risks, and same-sex couples, eliminating requirements based on prior treatment, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, or familial status

Mandates cryopreservation storage coverage from the date of preservation until age 35 or for 5 years minimum, whichever is later

Requires MassHealth to cover fertility diagnostic care, ovulation-enhancing drugs, and at least 3 cycles of intrauterine insemination over a recipient's lifetime

Directs the Bureau of Health Professions Licensure to develop LGBTQ family-building training for physicians and midwives, and requires the Office of Health Equity to study accessibility of family-building resources for LGBTQ individuals with findings due by December 31, 2026
