Amends Section 6C of Chapter 20 of the General Laws to require the Food Policy Council to appoint a full-time food system coordinator as an employee

Food system coordinator would inventory existing state food-related programs across all agencies, facilitate inter-agency communication and resource collaboration, and develop metrics for food system goals

Coordinator responsibilities include identifying duplicative efforts, strengthening complementary programs, finding gaps in services, and coordinating outreach to underserved communities

Requires the coordinator to submit reports with findings, progress updates, and recommendations 1 week prior to each council meeting to legislative clerks, the council, and relevant department secretaries and commissioners
