Prohibits contracts between health insurers or pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs) and pharmacies from containing "gag clauses" that prevent pharmacists from informing customers about medication costs or cheaper alternatives

Pharmacists would be permitted to tell insured customers about the actual cost of their prescription, equivalent medications, and alternative purchasing options including paying cash prices

Bars insurers and PBMs from charging insured individuals more at the point of sale for covered prescriptions than what the individual would pay without using insurance
