Requires all Massachusetts health insurers to cover at least 6 sessions of preventive behavioral health services for individuals under 21 years old who have a positive behavioral health screening, with no prior authorization required

Extends coverage to caregivers of infants who screen positive for post-partum depression, even if neither the child nor caregiver meets criteria for a formal behavioral health diagnosis

Eliminates patient cost-sharing (copays, deductibles) for these preventive services, except where federal tax code requirements for HSA-compatible plans apply

Covers individual, family, and group sessions delivered by licensed behavioral health clinicians or supervised trainees in pediatric primary care, community outpatient, and school settings

Requires insurers to accept Social Determinants of Health Z-codes as primary diagnosis codes for claims, and directs the Division of Insurance to develop implementation guidance in consultation with Medicaid
