Requires coverage for post-cancer dental care including quarterly cleanings, bi-annual periodontist assessments, scaling and root planing, and procedures to address tooth loss or decay caused by cancer treatment

Covers dental procedures necessitated by chemotherapy, immunotherapy, biological therapy, proton therapy, and radiation therapy for head and neck cancer

Includes coverage for prostheses, obturators, dental implants, and rehabilitative services to restore eating, breathing, voice, speech, and swallowing functions affected by cancer or its treatment

Applies to all major insurance types: Group Insurance Commission plans, MassHealth, commercial insurers (Chapter 175), Blue Cross Blue Shield (Chapters 176A and 176B), and HMOs (Chapter 176G)
