Prohibits health insurers, pharmacy benefit managers, and third-party payors from reimbursing 340B entities at lower rates than non-340B pharmacies or imposing discriminatory fees, charges, clawbacks, or reduced dispensing fees based on 340B status

Bars requiring 340B entities to use special billing modifiers, identification codes, or submit claims/pricing data beyond what federal agencies require as a condition of participation

Prevents insurers and PBMs from excluding 340B entities from pharmacy networks or imposing restrictions on network participation solely because of 340B program participation

Prohibits drug manufacturers and distributors from denying, restricting, or interfering with 340B drug deliveries to contracted pharmacies or requiring data submissions beyond federal requirements

Amends multiple chapters of Massachusetts General Laws (32A, 175, 176A, 176B, 176G, 176I) to apply these protections across the Group Insurance Commission and various types of health insurance carriers
