Waives state secretary fees for reviving terminated corporations when a person or beneficiary is claiming unclaimed property surrendered to the state treasurer valued at $2,000 or less

Authorizes the state treasurer to certify that a terminated corporation may be revived solely for the purpose of allowing claimants to collect unclaimed property of $2,000 or less

Requires the state treasurer to provide claimants with a certificate of revival for the terminated corporation

Claimants must submit the certificate of revival to the state secretary, who is then required to waive the standard revival fee under Chapter 156B, Section 108
