Amends Chapter 112, Section 66B of Massachusetts General Laws to add a statutory definition of "invasive surgical procedures" for healthcare licensing purposes (Sections 66-73)

Defines invasive surgical procedures as any procedure that structurally alters the human body through incision, destruction, or cutting of tissues, including diagnostic or therapeutic treatments using instruments that alter or transpose live tissue

Covers procedures using lasers, ultrasound, ionizing radiation, scalpels, probes, needles, and surgically implanted prosthetics, as well as tissue manipulation by mechanical, thermal, light-based, electromagnetic, or chemical means

Explicitly excludes the use of epinephrine auto-injectors for anaphylaxis from the definition of invasive surgical procedures

Includes a scope-of-practice preservation clause stating the act does not restrict, limit, or expand the current authorized practice of any profession licensed under Chapter 112
