Massachusetts residents under age 19 enrolled in MassHealth would receive at least 12 months of continuous eligibility, preventing coverage gaps during the enrollment period

Continuous eligibility ends when the child turns 19, moves out of state, voluntarily disenrolls, dies, or if eligibility was granted due to fraud or agency error

Executive Office of Health and Human Services must maximize federal financial participation, but state will provide coverage regardless of federal funding availability

Amends Section 9A of Chapter 118E of the General Laws by adding a new subsection (17)
