Requires development of specialized programs including opioid addiction recovery, gang and gun violence prevention, youth mentorship, crisis intervention with law enforcement, and trauma-informed care

ADMHA identified as the only minority-owned mental health clinic in Western Massachusetts, providing culturally competent services to African American and underserved populations

Mandates ADMHA submit a detailed report to the Department of Mental Health and General Court within one year on fund usage, program implementation data, and community health impacts
