Maximum cannabis testing batch size required by the Cannabis Control Commission cannot be smaller than 25 pounds

Commission must conduct annual reviews of testing regulations and protocols—including batch size requirements, pesticide limits, and bacteria/yeast/mold tests—in collaboration with MDAR, the Cannabis Advisory Board, testing labs, and marijuana establishments, with bi-annual reports to the legislature

Environmental media testing (soils, growing media, water) prohibited; only finished marijuana and marijuana products may be tested

Commission required to publicly publish industry-wide and per-laboratory testing data quarterly, including failure rates for pesticides, heavy metals, microbiological contaminants, residual solvents, and mycotoxins, plus THC levels for flower, vaporizer devices, and concentrates

Commission must investigate and publicly report reasons for statistically significant outliers among individual testing laboratories; regulations must be promulgated within 365 days of enactment
