Requires the Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities to incorporate geographic equity into scoring criteria when developing housing plans under Chapter 23B

Mandates tracking and reporting on geographic equity for all state housing expenditures and financial assistance (loans, grants, subsidies, credit enhancements) from January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2029

Reports must include municipality and county-level data on: number of housing projects, unit mix and accessibility, rental vs. ownership breakdown, affordability restrictions, and total/per capita state financial assistance

Interim report due to the legislature by March 1, 2028; final report due by March 1, 2035, with both to be published on the executive office's website

Unit-level data for projects with fewer than 3 units will be excluded from public posting to protect privacy
