Creates a voluntary homesharing program under the Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities (EOHLC) allowing homeowners to rent rooms at below-market rates in exchange for domestic services and/or reduced housing costs

Homesharers may perform up to 7 hours per week of household tasks (housekeeping, grocery shopping, meal prep, yard work) in exchange for lower rent, but health care or medical services are prohibited

Establishes a Homesharing Opportunity Relief Fund, funded by registration fees from homesharing providers, to assist with costs from failed agreements or emergency relocations

Requires 30 days' notice for standard termination by either party, or 3 days' notice for emergencies (nonpayment, property destruction); exempts arrangements from standard landlord-tenant eviction laws under MGL Chapter 186

Mandates insurance requirements: homesharing providers must carry at least $1,000,000 in property and liability coverage, while homesharers must maintain renter's insurance of at least $100,000
