Exempts emergency sheltering arrangements from summary process (eviction) procedures, landlord-tenant laws, and local zoning regulations, with civil liability capped at $10,000 except for gross negligence or intentional acts

Homeowner sheltering provisions automatically repeal when the governor declares the August 2023 state of emergency has ended
