Amends Chapter 40A, Section 3A of Massachusetts General Laws regarding MBTA community zoning requirements for multi-family housing districts

Adds a new requirement that multi-family housing districts must be located more than 0.2 miles from manufactured home communities

Maintains existing requirements that such districts have a minimum gross density of 15 units per acre and be located within 0.5 miles of transit stations (commuter rail, subway, ferry terminal, or bus station)
