Seven-member commission includes: Secretary of Housing and Livable Communities (or designee), 2 House members, 2 Senate members, 1 local housing authority commissioner, and 1 housing expert appointed by the governor

Executive Office of Housing and Economic Development required to provide technical support to the commission

Final report with recommendations due to legislative clerks and joint committees on housing and municipalities by December 31, 2026
