Requires the Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities to submit a report to the General Court every three years by December 31st evaluating multi-family zoning implementation in MBTA communities

Report must be prepared in consultation with the Executive Office of Economic Development, MBTA, and Massachusetts Department of Transportation

Required report contents include: number and types of housing units produced, impacts on local infrastructure (water, sewer, transportation), effects on public schools (enrollment and funding), and recommendations for legislative or regulatory improvements

Reports must be filed with the clerks of the House and Senate, the Joint Committee on Housing, and the Joint Committee on Transportation

Amends Section 3A of Chapter 40A of the General Laws by adding a new subsection (d) establishing the reporting requirement
