Requires the Executive Office to create a centralized, machine-readable, screen reader compatible database of subsidized housing data accessible to municipalities, state agencies, and regional public entities

Mandates reporting for new developments with subsidized housing including: total units, income-restricted units (at 80%, 50%, and 30% of area median income thresholds), market rate units, use restriction terms and end dates, bedroom/bathroom counts, square footage, and geocoded addresses

Requires reporting for existing subsidized housing developments including: total units, income-restricted units, use restriction terms and end dates, and geocoded addresses

Database must be updated at least annually for each municipality

On December 31, 2027, the existing development reporting requirements will be repealed and the new development requirements will be expanded to cover all developments (not just new ones)
