Commission co-chaired by the chairs of the Joint Committee on Cannabis Policy, with additional members appointed by House Speaker, Senate President, and minority leaders of both chambers

Includes the Cannabis Control Commission executive director, Attorney General, and State Treasurer (or their designees) as commission members

Report with recommendations due to the House and Senate clerks' offices within 1 year of the act's passage
