Prohibits Massachusetts state and local government entities, including all law enforcement agencies, from entering into new immigration collaboration or detention agreements with federal immigration authorities

Requires termination of existing immigration collaboration agreements within 30 days and immigration detention agreements within 90 days of the Act's effective date

Covers agreements under 8 U.S.C. § 1357(g), which allows federal authorities to deputize state and local officers to perform immigration enforcement functions

Authorizes the Attorney General to seek injunctive relief in Superior Court against any entity violating these prohibitions, while preserving private rights of action
