Requires registered sex offenders to report all electronic aliases, addresses, and domains, including email addresses, website registrations, messaging and chat service usernames, and personally owned websites

Adds electronic identity information to the data that must be included in sex offender registry records and shared with law enforcement agencies

Requires offenders to notify authorities of any changes to or additions of electronic aliases, addresses, or domains

Establishes penalties for failure to report changes in electronic identity information, treating it the same as failure to report a change of physical address

Allows searches of the sex offender registry by electronic alias, address, or domain in addition to searches by name
