Amends Section 15 of Chapter 32 of the General Laws to modify procedures for reporting convictions that may trigger pension forfeiture for public employees

Requires the Attorney General or district attorneys to immediately notify the Public Employee Retirement Administration Commission (PERAC) when a retirement system member is convicted of crimes that may require pension forfeiture

Adds new restrictions preventing PERAC from reporting convictions to a member's retirement board or employer unless PERAC has determined the conviction actually requires forfeiture under applicable law

Requires PERAC to direct the retirement board or employer to take action to effectuate the forfeiture before reporting the conviction to them
