Amends Chapter 94G, Section 3 of the General Laws to allow the Cannabis Control Commission to extend a marijuana establishment's license expiration date until the host community agreement is certified as compliant.

Applies host community agreement requirements retroactively to all marijuana establishments and medical marijuana treatment centers, whether currently licensed or seeking licensure.

Covers agreements executed before the effective date of Chapter 180 of the Acts of 2022, which reformed host community agreement regulations.
