Adds house of correction imprisonment (up to 2½ years) as an alternative sentencing option for organized retail crime under § 30D(b) of Chapter 266, which currently allows only state prison sentences up to 10 years

Adds the same house of correction alternative (up to 2½ years) for more serious organized retail crime offenses under § 30D(c), which currently carries state prison sentences up to 15 years

Grants district courts jurisdiction over organized retail crime cases by adding § 30D to the list of offenses in Chapter 218, § 26
