Amends Section 58A of Chapter 276 of the General Laws to specify which offenses allow the commonwealth to seek pretrial detention or conditional release based on dangerousness

Qualifying offenses include third or subsequent OUI violations within 10 years, vehicular homicide, drug offenses with mandatory minimums of 3+ years, and violations of domestic abuse protection orders

Covers violent crimes under Chapter 265 including assault, rape, kidnapping, stalking, and murder, as well as weapons offenses under Chapter 269

Includes violations of harassment prevention orders, child custody orders, and human trafficking offenses

Adds a catch-all provision covering any felony involving use, attempted use, or threatened use of physical force, plus conspiracy or solicitation to commit any of the listed offenses
