Adds seafood packing and processing facilities to the list of workplaces subject to child labor inspections and restrictions under Massachusetts labor law

Prohibits minors under 16 from working in seafood packing or processing facilities, and adds these facilities to the list of hazardous occupations prohibited for minors under 18

Eliminates an existing exception that allowed extended hours for minors in fish processing during summer months (June through October)

Increases child labor violation fines from $500 to $20,000 and from $5,000 to $100,000, with penalties stackable alongside other remedies

Raises criminal penalties for child labor violations from $25-$200 with up to 2 months imprisonment to $20,000-$100,000 with up to 6 months imprisonment
