Grants immunity from prosecution for individuals who report crimes in good faith, protecting them from charges for controlled substance possession, sex for fee, loitering, trespassing, soliciting, or conspiracy to commit these offenses

Prevents reporters from being found in violation of probation, pretrial release conditions, or parole conditions if evidence of the enumerated offenses was obtained as a result of reporting a crime

Protects victims and witnesses from prosecution even if they later withdraw cooperation with law enforcement

Immunity applies regardless of whether the reported crime is prosecuted or results in a conviction
