Eliminates the statute of limitations for civil lawsuits alleging sexual abuse of a minor, allowing claims to be filed at any time after the alleged abuse occurred

Removes the $100,000 damages cap for childhood sexual abuse claims against public employers under the Massachusetts Tort Claims Act

Exempts childhood sexual abuse claims from charitable organization damage limitations under Chapter 231

Applies retroactively to cases that would have previously been time-barred, reviving older claims regardless of when the abuse occurred

Allows claims against entities that employed or supervised abusers in previously time-barred cases only upon a finding of negligence by that entity
