Requires the Commissioner of Probation to include civil rights injunctions (temporary, preliminary, permanent, or final) issued under Chapter 12, Sections 11H and 11I, and Chapter 266, Section 127B in the statewide domestic violence recordkeeping system established in 1992.

Mandates court clerks to transmit certified copies of all civil rights injunctions to the Commissioner of Probation for entry into the recordkeeping system upon issuance.

Makes injunction information available to judges when considering whether to issue new civil rights injunctions under the same statutes.

Provides criminal justice agencies access to this information through the criminal justice information system maintained by the Executive Office of Public Safety.

Requires the Attorney General to submit certified copies of all existing civil rights orders currently in effect for retroactive entry into the system.
