12% of annual cannabis revenue fund deposits transferred to the Cannabis Social Equity Trust Fund for technical assistance programs supporting disadvantaged ancillary businesses, including those owned by people arrested for marijuana offenses, minorities, women, veterans, workers, and immigrants

10% of annual revenue transferred to the Executive Office of Economic Development for a community empowerment and reinvestment grant program targeting communities disproportionately impacted by the criminal justice system and those with high poverty rates

5% of annual revenue allocated for matching grants to municipal equity funds, and an additional 5% to the Cannabis Control Commission for its Social Equity Program

Mandates annual grants of at least $250,000 to The EON Foundation, $500,000 to the Coalition for an Equitable Economy, and $500,000 to Mass CultivatED for cannabis business support

Reduces the loan repayment timeline for Social Equity Businesses from 5 years to 2 years from receipt of a Provisional License and adds an ancillary business representative to the oversight board
