Allows individuals on probation with drug/alcohol testing requirements to motion the court to evaluate whether they have a substance use disorder requiring treatment

Requires courts to order treatment through licensed mental health clinics, substance use disorder programs, licensed behavioral health professionals, or providers using evidence-based practices from ASAM or SAMHSA

Prohibits courts from modifying an approved treatment plan or imposing additional drug/alcohol testing beyond what the treatment protocol requires

Protects individuals from probation violations for positive drug/alcohol tests or relapse indicators if they are engaged in treatment, making reasonable efforts to receive treatment, transitioning between programs, or have completed treatment while complying with other probation conditions

Permits individuals who relapse after completing treatment to petition the court again for additional treatment rather than face probation violation consequences
